Nonetheless, various sources are now pointing to the F-150 Lightning as the current name. 2023 F-150 Lightning Specs Ford hasn’t said anything about the 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning and its powertrain. We know it will have a dual-motor setup and an all-wheel-drive system as an option. According to Ford, the electric F-150 will have more horsepower and torque, as well as the fastest acceleration of any F-150 currently on the market. This means it will have more than 450 horsepower and will reach 60 mph in less than 5.0 seconds.
