The current e-Niro variant comes with a 64-kWh battery and an electric motor that develops 200 horsepower. The all-electric model will provide almost 300 miles of driving range, which is great. We don’t know if Kia plans to provide slightly more power and improved electric range. As for the Niro PHEV version, this model will borrow a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine from the Kia Sorento. This model will use an 8-kWh battery pack and it will generate 260 horsepower. 2023 Niro Redesign Not surprisingly, the new 2023 Kia Niro will borrow a lot of stuff from the Kia HabaNiro concept. This concept made its debut in 2019 and it is a concept that will have a great impact on future brand’s vehicles. One of the future models is the Niro SUV. The concept comes with astonishing looks, butterfly doors, and numerous red exterior elements. Of course, Niro will have to depart from the concept in some categories. The concept looks very futuristic and less probable to happen in real life. However, Kia Niro will borrow the tiger-nose grille and boomerang-shaped LED taillights. Nothing. But with your hard-earned money and perhaps a disturbing climate conscience on the phone, it’s an interesting option.
