According to the German manufacturer, this model will go on sale in 2023 and it will provide 300 miles of driving range per charge. Some details are still not available. On the other hand, we know more than enough about this SUV. Its design is futuristic and BMW said the iX model is made of lightweight materials. The interior is spacious and extremely modern. Lastly, this SUV will provide a lot of power and generally, great performances. Driving Range, Charging Far, we don’t know everything about the 2023 BMW iX. BMW promised around 500 horsepower, thanks to a pair of electric motors. This SUV will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in less than five seconds, which is amazing. And while we don’t know the battery sizes, BMW says it will offer up to 300 miles of driving range on a single charge. The BMW i4 sedan will arrive with an 80.0-kWh battery pack so this SUV will probably get the same or larger unit. DC fast charging capability is offered as standard. Thanks to that, this SUV will provide 75 miles of range in just 10 minutes of charging. The largest battery will deliver over 400 miles of driving range. The R1T truck will accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in three seconds. It is hard to believe in those figures, to be honest. However, the only thing we can do is wait for this model to arrive and see it for ourselves. The battery will take around 50 minutes to charge from 0 to 80 percent of a DC fast charger. This truck will tow up to 11,000 pounds. 2023 Rivian R1T Design Looks Unique In terms of design, the new 2023 Rivian R1T looks very modern. Its appearance is more traditional, unlike the new Tesla Cybertruck. Rivian made a unique model with vertical headlights and a single LED light strip that runs through the full width of the front fascia. This strip glows green during the charging, like most of the cell phones. The front part looks great, in our opinion, while the side profile is more traditional. Aerodynamics are excellent, and R1T offers a regular bed in the back. Even the skid plates are conventional. The upcoming R1T pickup truck will ride on a “skateboard” platform.
