The interior is spacious and extremely modern. Lastly, this SUV will provide a lot of power and generally, great performances.

Driving Range, Charging

Far, we don’t know everything about the 2023 BMW iX. BMW promised around 500 horsepower, thanks to a pair of electric motors. The BMW i4 sedan will arrive with an 80.0-kWh battery pack so this SUV will probably get the same or larger unit. DC fast charging capability is offered as standard. Thanks to that, this SUV will provide 75 miles of range in just 10 minutes of charging.

BMW iX is Based on the iNext Concept

The upcoming 2023 BMW iX will use a lot of aluminum materials and carbon-reinforced plastic. Thanks to that, this SUV is lighter than its likely competitors. In terms of dimensions, iX is as wide and long as the mid-size BMW X5 model. Moreover, its height is on par with the X6 variant. Even the wheelbase is similar and BMW iX offers only 1.0 inch longer wheelbase. From what we know, this SUV will offer standard 20-inch alloy wheels.

However, 21-inch and 22-inch rims will be optional. BMW says that its brand-new SUV will provide an aggressive look in the back and stylish front end. That includes the M4-like grille. This grille is basically a closed panel that hosts various sensors, radars, and cameras. This SUV offers a small departure from the current BMW design language. The body looks cleaner and softer, which is a surprise for everyone.
