2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid, Electric, Redesign, and Price. The upcoming 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid is on its way. This is one of Honda’s best-selling models in recent years. Moreover, the CR-V model will arrive with significant updates. Whatsoever, it is the next-gen CR-V so we expect to see a lot of drastic changes. On the other hand, various reports are predicting some sort of mid-cycle facelift.

The CR-V crossover already looks very modern so a complete redesign does not make so much sense. The interior should suffer more upgrades. The new model will gain more standard equipment, better comfort, and more safety features. CR-V model introduced six generations so far and we hope for the seventh generation to be the best one. The sales will start in the second half of 2021.

Power and Fuel Efficiency

From what we know, the new 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid should arrive with the same engine lineup. The next-gen model will deploy a standard 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine. This powertrain delivers 190 hp and 180 lb-ft of torque. This engine is rated at 34 mpg combined and the AWD system will lower fuel economy ratings, but not significantly.

CR-V Hybrid comes with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and two electric motors. Combined, CR-V Hybrid generates 212 horsepower and the AWD system is offered as standard. As you can see, the hybrid variant is a much better choice and it also offers over 40 mpg combined.

2025 CR-V Hybrid Facelift

New 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid looks modern and refreshed. For that reason, the new-gen model will arrive with another mid-cycle facelift. Many fans hoped to see another complete redesign, but that will not happen in the near future. The front fascia looks very upscale. It comes with a relatively new blackout grille and front bumper.

Larger openings are providing a sportier feel and we especially like the fog lights. Some trim levels will get unique visual upgrades. For an instance, EX-L and Touring trims are offering LED fog lights and sporty 18-inch rims. The CR-V Hybrid model looks like the regular gasoline-powered model and even the dimensions are exactly the same.

Interior Details

The forthcoming 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid should arrive with drastic interior updates. At this moment, the crossover looks modern and it offers a lot of high-tech features. However, the next-gen CR-V model will gain more standard equipment and better safety ratings. Moreover, the interior will provide a higher level of comfort. The CR-V is a two-row model with a room for five occupants.

As we said, dimensions are the same so CR-V Hybrid is classified as the compact crossover. The interior layout is the same and we think the cabin is spacious enough. The hybrid variant delivers 33.2 cubic feet of cargo space. However, folding the rear seats opens up to 68.7 cubic feet of cargo room. By 2025, CR-V will offer larger touchscreen options and new interior color schemes are a possibility.

2025 Honda CR-V Release Date and Price
